It started out like any other morning on the train.
Until I became mesmerized by the guy sitting across the aisle.
He was barking at someone on his phone like he ruled the world.
Who did the stuck-up suit think he was...God?
Actually, he looked like a God. That was about it.
When his stop came, he got up suddenly and left. So suddenly, he dropped his phone on the way out.
I might have picked it up.
I might have gone through all of his photos and called some of the numbers.
I might have held onto the mystery man's phone for days―until I finally conjured up the courage to return it.
When I traipsed my ass across town to his fancy company, he refused to see me.
So, I left the phone on the empty desk outside the arrogant jerk's office.
I might have also left behind a dirty picture on it first though.
I didn't expect him to text back.
I didn't expect our exchanges to be hot as hell.
I didn't expect to fall for him―all before we even met.
The two of us couldn't have been any more different.
Yet, you know what they say about opposites.
When we finally came face to face, we found out opposites sometimes do more than attract―we consumed each other.
Nothing could have prepared me for the ride he took me on. And I certainly wasn't prepared for where I'd wind up when the ride was over.
All good things must come to an end, right?
Except our ending was one I didn't see coming.

I am always a little sceptical whenever I come over a book that is written by two different authors, but by now I have learned that I should even be one bit nervous if it's Vi and Penelope writing together because they have done it again. The first book I read by them was Cocky Bastard and I loved every moment of it. It was an absolute pleasure to read, and that is why I decided to purchase Stuck-Up Suit on Audible since I was going on a road trip and had way too much time to kill. So when I first pressed play, I could not stop. Everything about this book is captivating. I was immediately pulled into Soraya and Graham's world and there was no way I was leaving until the ending.

The first character we meet is Soraya, a sassy young woman with an attitude that makes you want to snap your fingers and shake your hips. She is the kind of woman you'd like to have your back. She was all in all a great character and I loved that she had so few insecurities. A bold women with a confident you couldn't get enough of. I loved that she wasn't afraid to speak her mind and call out on the other main characters bullshit. That brings me to Graham, her complete opposite. When I was first introduced to Graham, I hated him. I didn't like the way he acted or talked. There was no doubt he was a stuck-up suit with his arrogant and mean side. I had way to many hair gripping moments of frustration. He just wasn't my type of main character, but of course I was proved otherwise. As things progressed, he grew on me.

If you've read any of Vi Keeland or Penelope Ward's books, you know that they contain hot, steamy romance. And let me tell you: neither of them let me down. But here's the thing I love about these woman: they don''t just focus on the hot and steamy parts. They also include storylines that will make you angsty, moments that will make your heart swoon and tears stream down your face. There is just so much more to their books and they made sure to put every single thing of that into Stuck-Up Suit. They included problems that could happen to anyone, moments that were so vivid you could almost see them happening in front of you. The drama was never exaggerated and they always knew when to throw you off guard.

If you are looking for a book, filled with hot, steamy romance and a storyline that will make you question everything then this book is definitely something for you!
